I really liked it but only had it about 4 weeks and one of the elastic bands has broke so very disappointed as can’t use it

I was dubious about the usefulness of this type of exercise aid but it was well worth the money. It’s quiet while using it so ideal to watch tv at the same time, time flies by!

This device is easy to use and an enjoyable way to exercise whilst listening to my favourite music. It is sturdy enough to last quite a while I reckon & easy to store as so compact. By the way, I have osteoarthritis in my feet and osteoporosis too, so was a bit wary that using this might agitate my feet causing more pain, or that I might find it unstable and worry about having a fall from it, but I feel very safe and comfortable using it. Not sure if my waist is getting any trimmer yet, but I shall start using more regularly. Would highly recommend it.
