My adrenal insufficiency condition is precarious; my prescription dosages have gone up and down a few years, and we're still trying to find a stable dosage for the long-term. Before trying this product, somedays I had no warning before sudden exhaustion would "hit me" even when physical exertion was what I thought is mild, such as grocery shopping. The sudden hits also came when going through "good" stress (e.g. elation & joy at family wedding) or through "bad" stress (e.g. my service dog passed away, a relative was hospitalized). I tried this supplement to see if it would help with my prescription medicine, and it did. This is the first VEGETARIAN supplement I've found to help adrenal glands, whereas all the others I found had animal gland ingredients that made my situation less stable. My results: --After 1 week on Phytisone, my daily energy seemed to feel a little stronger. --After 1 MONTH, my energy from one day to the next is now fairly consistent, much stabler, but my overall energy is still limited. This supplement does NOT increase total energy or ability to do more physical exertion than before. It increases endurance. --Previously, I required an extra RX pill 2 or 3 days per week, but now I needed extra only 2 or 3 times in the last month. My condition is much stabler, which was what I sought by trying this. (I still require naps, yet they are about 20-30min shorter now. Also, I can wake up on my own (no clock) much easier, and I don't feel it is a STRUGGLE to get get up, take my medicines, get dressed, etc. This product greatly reduced my FLuctuations between having a "good" day/morning and a "bad" one because my morning energy is more consisent. --Last week was the first time in months I grocery shopped through the whole store without sudden sweats, without tremors/shakes, and without feeling like I was going to fall down before I could sit on the floor. I was surprised and elated! However, by the time I got to the car, I definitely needed an extra half RX pill (not a whole pill!), and I fell asleep almost immediately. Before using this supplement,I could not shop the whole store OR shop as long as I had done. My doctor is happy with the results. THIS IS NOT A "FIX" FOR ADRENAL GLAND INSUFFICIENCY (aka Addison's Disease), which can be life-threatening. If you find this supplement causes a "big" change or improvement for you (and only you will know how "big" is big), see a doctor as soon as possible. Use this supplement as a "temporary" supplement for a 'highly stressful time.' If you need it a long time, see your doctor.

I have been using it on and off because I notice it kind of exacerbates my anxiety. Just be forewarned if you are prone to anxiety. Otherwise, it does help with clarity and energy.

within a week of taking this i started seeing positive results for my acne on my face, back and neck.. i ordered it to support my adrenals on the candida cleanse.it slao gives me a great energy boost and a sense of euporia but i dnt crash as when i used to drink caffine. ashwanghda is also antifungal which helps with ridding bad candida. i can tell my body is being regulated by this herb. I ordered two more bottles. Its a great blend plus it has vitamin C in it. I love thorne products because they quality, vegetarian capsules, and pure. Whenever i need an herb now check their stock first. i have tried so many recommended herb combos for my acne and cystic acne over the last 15 years.. and this is something finally working well for me. Update: 3/12/16: Since they have been selling out of this product of which seems to work for a lot of people they have nearly trippled the price for one bottle which is very unfair. it was $16, then when they ran out they up to $26 and within a week raised it to $33?!Ii will have to swtich to another adrenal blend.
