I was pleasantly surprised that the bumps' textual feels firm which means they will not go out of shape easily given that they would be feeling the full impact from the doors. The adhesiveness of the product is strong and so far, it sticks well on doors and painted door frames. For me, they did help to reduce the noise for two of our doors. It could not do much for the third door as that door is too misaligned to close properly on the door frame.
