First, they provided a detailed video with instructions to fix the leak. However, when the issue persisted, they immediately assured me they would send a brand-new machine at no additional cost and without any hassle. Although I have not yet received the replacement machine, I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their product. The original unit was otherwise excellent—easy to use, no clogs, and simple to clean. I look forward to receiving the new machine and have no doubt it will perform as expected. Fulfills it's purpose. Takes about 45 minutes to melt a full pan and I never actually saw the green light come on to indicate all the wax was melted, so I had to keep a close eye. However, it does the trick! Nice clean pour and melted wax!

This is awesome! I have wanted something like this for awhile and this one looked perfect. My 11 yr old loves to make things and he wanted to make some candles . When this arrived, he couldn't wait to get started. We had been given a few candle making kits and had just never done anything with them. He started melting the wax, then added the colors and scents and poured them into the candle containers. He is able to use this 100% on his own. The only part i help with is the cleanup because it is hot. The large stir stick makes it so easy and the size is perfect.

I got this product because of the fact that it says it works with gel wax and has a heated spout. Unfortunately the spout doesnt seem to geat enough to keep the gel max melted. I tried cleaning based on the video, using a pipe cleaner but nothing worked. I was hoping to kick off my small business after Thanksgiving holiday. This was my very first use of this item.

It is very useful to have a machine like this, especially since I run a candle business; it’s fantastic and does its job perfectly. It is super easy to use. Those of us in the candle business really ought to have this wonderful tool

Great little wax heater but rating sticker shows AC 120V 60Hz 1100 WATTS so a suitable step down transformer is needed for use in Australia/New Zealand

The wax melter was bought to expand on my ever increasing collection of crafting tools. It comes in a flat matte colour and has a dial for temp control. The spigot is sturdy and it came with some candle making supplies to get you started so that was a nice bonus that I must have overlooked at the time of ordering. There’s and on/off toggle switch and it came with some easy to follow instructions and a 3 mo. return warranty. The delivery was quick and the unit had no issues heating up quickly. Very happy with my purchase.

My wife has been passionate about making candles for years. It started as a hobby, then turned into a little side business selling to friends and family. With the volume of orders really ramping up lately, we decided it was time for larger scale candle maker that could keep up. The TOAUTO WMF-5L Wax Melter has been a brilliant upgrade. It even came with 100 wicks, so she could get straight to work. It’s very simple and straightforward to operate - drop in the wax, let it melt, and use the tap to fill molds without any mess. The mixing spoon is solid and well-made. It can melt around 2kg of soy wax in about 15 minutes, which is great for bulk batches. The pourer is smooth and precise, though I prefer pouring into a jug first to avoid overfilling. It’s worth mention that it gets pretty hot after a while, so you have to be careful and make sure little ones are not around when the melter's in use. But overall my wife is very happy with it and certainly looks the business and functions as it should.

The wax melter is amazing but can anyone tell me what types of wicks it comes with ? I’m very grateful for them I just wish I knew what type these are . I did use the wax melter and it makes my life easier. I love that you can regulate the temperature because I did burn my wax with other wax melters. I love the design as well it is so pretty. I did a lot of research and found this company to be one of the best . I think if you are serious about making candles you should invest in this wax melter.

Dieser Wachs-Schmelzofen wurde mit einem Stromkabel geliefert, welches nicht an deutschen Steckdosen funktioniert. Die Rückgabe lief problemlos, aber ich frage mich trotzdem wie man solche Geräte auf dem europäischen bzw deutschen Amazon-Marktplatz anbieten kann, obwohl man eigentlich genau wissen müsste, dass sie in Deutschland nicht verwendbar sind. Zumindest hätte man dem Gerät einen Adapter oder ähnliches beilegen sollen, wenn man schon weiß, dass man innerhalb von Deutschland verkauft. Um aber nun doch etwas über das Gerät sagen zu können: Ich habe es auf einer anderen Plattform von einem anderen Anbieter gekauft - mit einem deutschen Stromkabel. Das selbe Gerät! Der Ofen ist für meine Frau und er funktioniert hervorragend. Er schmilzt das Wachs schneller als in einem Topf auf der mobilen Herdplatte und meine Frau ist damit sehr zufrieden. Sie kommt damit auch von der Bedienung her gut klar. Die Anleitung ist allerdings auch hier in Englisch.
