The phrase Tummy Trimmer is only a partial truth. As opposed to what a lot of people think that this will reduce your tummy is not fully true. This product only holds your tummy in place with an external compression. Over a period of time, your muscle memory (as I think it works) puts the tummy inwards for some time even after taking the belt off. Kindly use caution while using this kind of products as prolonged compression to the abdomen area can cause your internal organs to function slightly differntly, causing gas, belching, minor pains etc. Use it for some time and see how it feels.On a personal note, I like the quality and built of the belt. Slightly narrow for my waist, and thus causes a little flab on my upper body protrude. Requires guidelines about its risks and expectations for usage.

It is really a good item for back pain

Useful for postpartum days but its velcro is very noisy and rough enough to scratch my tummy and the belt after using it for one and a half months has been stretched. Now no longer in use.
