This product is excellent. Takes just a short spray burst covers my knee. No mess, no hands in the product. At first I didn’t feel anything. But once it kicks in, the cool/hot lasts a good long time. I will purchase again.

Just as good as biofreeze in every way, very pleasant and easy to use. I like zims as an alternative to biofreeze but it can be a little harsh, this one is not. It says "hot" and cold, and I don't get that at all, it is just a menthol product that I can tell, and a high %. It is helpful to have an applicator to move it around a bit. I see no reason to buy biofreeze over this one, none at all. I have tried their lesser menthol spray first, and that is a nice product as well, can barely feel the difference. If you want warm you put on kwan loong oil mixed with any of these three sprays. It is an incredible deep warm and cold treatment. I will buy again, probably stock up a bit before price goes up like zimz did. It is good to have options seeing that some of these are getting expensive.Evit nov 2022: I have now purchased this item 5 times multiple bottles, and my rating doesnt change this product makes my life much better. It really works well on soar shoulders and lower back. However, there is an issue with these bottles, some of them like 1 in 5 get a white substance all around the spray cap, it can get quite bad and needs wiping off. The cost of the item and the incredible results outweigh this issue, but I hope they clean this up.
