Ghirardelli 72% Cacao Chocolate Chips, 5lb bag with Ghirardelli Stamped Barista Spoon

Absolutely wonderful, what I expect from a fermented Cacao liquor. Mildly bitter, silky creamy fat and fresh. I mix equal wafers of this raw cacao and it's sister the cacao butter wafers. And the mixing involves making a peanut butter( natural salted) sandwich dark on one side light on the other and nutty salty fattier center...oh my so good!! It's often my post keto meal filler or desert.

This Chocolate is the best for making candy the taste is amazing.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve always loved the taste and quality of Ghirardelli’s dark chocolate and have used it for so many different desserts. It melts easily and it’s easy to use in desserts. Its fluidity is perfect where it’s not too thick or too thin that you would need two coats. Love that it comes in a big bag!

This is a quality chocolate and available in bulk is great.

I had been buying a much more expensive 100% cacao product, but tried this one, with excellent results. I melt a few discs in a cup of mildly sweetened strong coffee or espresso to create a sipping chocolate. Result is smooth, rich, and delicious. Reasonable price for a high quality product!

This was great for baking easy to work with and tasted great.

I order this often but the last bag had not been stored properly and had melted.
