Won't mist if the tank is full anymore
I bought this product November 11 2025, it is currently, April 22 2026, so its been 5 months. It worked fantastic for the whole time until recently, I always clean everything, wash out the hose, I scrap all the nasty stuff at the bottom internal part of the unit. Recently though, It has started leaking and stopped misting if the tank is too full of water, which usually its always full of water because I top it up daily.. I tried to get help with it and theres no warranty from what I see, and no one to ask about it. I have a ball python that requires that humidity so I cant not have it. I had one before it and it lasted 2 years maybe even longer, but this one died so much faster and its kind of annoying considering how expensive they are. I dont want to spend $100+ every 6 months getting a new one.

SURPRISED!
First, the hygrostat failed and couldn’t get a replacement. Fair enough, I bought a digital, external hygrostat to power unit on and off. Now the low water alarm goes off with three annoying beeps and it is 3/4 of way full! PLZ TAKE MY ADVICE - if it is digital, do not buy it from reptizoo! Or, hey, plan on replacing every 6 months. UPDATE: Reptizoo reached out to me! They replaced the unit with an updated version! Their Customer Service is making me eat my words! They did not even want the broken one returned. The only way I know how to thank them is to order another one for my other enclosure! Just purchased ANOTHER one for another enclosure!

DOES LEAK WHEN YOU LEAST ASPECT IT
Thank God I was I home early and then I saw that there was a humongous pile of wire, could've caused a house fire with the amount of stuff I've had, it's stupid of me trusting it. It worked amazing in the beginning but I guess the seal goes out over time.

Accurate and convenient
This works really well in my 5x2x2 PVC enclosure for my boa constrictor. It keeps the humidity at perfect levels all day long. Absolutely love this thing!
