I received this product in proper packaging, all the necessary joints including handles nails etc were with it. Once assembled it looks perfect and the color is as shown in the picture. I’m glad I bought this product from here, it’s perfect.

Delicate product and while installing by the technician it broke
Initially the customer support and product support team are terrible in doing their job. They just hung the call without giving proper resolution. Now after multiple rescheduling by technicians and no proper intimation from the product support team when finally installation happened today, we found out the product is defective as can be seen in the pictures. Such a delicate product for 6500. Waste of money. There is this damage. I don't know whether i get refund or replacement or both. But the problem is team is not responsive enough.

Nice product
Product is good but amazon not provided assembly service. Amazon created order for free assembly service but service provider mechanic2home not visited the site even after 10days of scheduled date. Got assembled from local mechanic at my cost.

Need professional to assemble, medium strong
The product looks good and arrived on time. You need a professional to assemble it, which Amazon sends. It is not very sturdy but solves the purpose. (below is my bedside table, does not come with dressing table)

The product is ok but installation is a headache
ylnThe product which is from Amazon is okish in the price range but the harrasment you get trying to get it installed is another story...I called 5 times but Amazon executives were just saying that they had raised the ticket and the installation would be done in next 4 working days ...but they never came...5 times I called I was assured the same thing everytime..once they even tried to cancel the order which I had prepaid...without my consent...so please don't but any product that needs installation from amazon
