I did't notice anything the first month, but given I had two bottles, I continued to use them. Starting in the 2nd month, I could see a visible difference. By the time I had taken them 3 months, I was surprised at how much weight I had lost. Initially, it was easy to go from 185 to 167. Then down to 152. A few more bottles, and I ended up at 138. I surmise that had I taken them as directed, I may have lost more weight sooner.

With exercise and diet it will help you lose weight. The reviews saying it did nothing probably didn’t change their current habits in order to lose weight to begin with. It won’t make you lose weight by itself you need to work hard too. My packages have never come broken I’ve ordered a few times.
