Impressed with the durability
I have had this for several months and took it to Hawaii where it did great not just at anchoring by Pentax K1 mkii but I also tied on a monopod at the same time in wind and it kept it all stable. I do not think the "monopod" feature is really usefuly. Just extend one leg and it becomes a complete monopod. I would recommend this to others to buy.

Now this is a sturdy tripod
This tripod is very well constructed and designed. For a heavy duty tripod it is light and folds to the same dimensions as my old cheapy. I actually trust the twist lock legs over the clamp type. The ball head that comes with it is very well made and holds my 80D with the Sigma 150-600 attached with absolutely no problem. I’m a serious amateur and have complete confidence in this tripod and I believe a seasoned pro would feel the same. Highly recommend.

Very nice, with a small problem!
Nice tripod, though a warning for Nikon users (and possibly others): the base plate screw (the one that goes into your camera) is too long and it doesn't cinch tight. Easily correctable with a washer, but don't leave home without one or you'll be stuck.

Great piece of gear.
I needed something very strong to hold my 200-500mm lens with a 2X teleconverter on a full frame camera. This does the trick without sagging. Being able to suspend the camera below and the monopod feature are a bonus as are the spike feet option. Very pleased. At 4 pounds, it's no lightweight, but neither is the job I need it for. This is a great piece of gear.

Super solid
It's heavy but it's super sturdy. This is not a tripod you want to take backpacking, so if your not far from your vehicle it's great because it's fast to set up and very sturdy.

Surprisingly sturdy, best bang for the buck
Surprising good quality, comparable to tripods in the $150 range. Very sturdy, comes with a bag hook, smooth panning, easy to adjust ball head. One leg is removalbe and doubles as a monopod.Con: A little heavy, but I expected because it is not a carbon fiber tripod. Can be difficult to put it back into the carry bag if you dont fold up the tripod just right.

For $45 bucks try to find another all metal tripod...you can't.
Open the box, found everything claimed. I bought it because of the 12kg weight rating and was basically looking for legs, the ball head actually a nice bonus. All the other tripods in this price range have plastic everywhere, this is all metal. I slapped a gimbal head on it with 50-500, 2x, and body it seems to perform well. Pleasantly surprised...

Do not buy! I would get a refund if I was able to. The entire head is garbage and came apart and had to be scrapped.
The WORST TRIPOD EVER! The knobs don’t turn very logically, and I end up causing the camera to fall forward, very fast and unexpectedly.
