My husband is many years younger than me Suggest to anyone male or female this will strengthen you. It will stabilize your hips, especially if you go through that nerve pain now maybe because my husband has his own business he’s a truck driver always on his feet at some point lift weights been a competition I don’t know if things are just catching up with his body always been a health conscious eater but now. I personally feel it has a lot to do with him just sitting now. He’s not Mobile as much as he was before and I think a lot of the times it has a lot to do with grief with all the death that he’s been experiencing. I recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in shape, maintain their body With a limited amount of Pain. You will experience pain relief the stability in the comfort you’re going to receive in the cost. This will keep you out of someone cutting on your body. I definitely recommend this product.

It works good for support and compresses the sore area. It is of nice material and the color is pretty but it is hard to put on by myself because of the straps placement on the lower leg area. It is hard to close the strap and then turn it around to place it. I think I would buy another style.

too small, i wanted extra large

I ordered one from my left side it came in in a couple days no problem, it's a great item. But I want one from my right hand side due to my sciatic nerve damaged. It's going on a week and it's still not here? When I go to the order page it says cancel the order? So I pushed the cancel button so I could buy it from another source besides Amazon. Will I get an email saying the order cannot be canceled but yet it has yet to be shipped? Poor customer service, I would suggest the item but I would not buy it here.

I have bursitis and sciatica in my right hip. I am a doordash and instacart full time so I do a lot of walking and carrying groceries upstairs. It doesn't make the pain go away 100% but definitely helps quite a bit. Make stairs easier and less pain at the end of my day and at bedtime.Only complaint is the velcro straps. I have a larger frame body type then what is pictured. When wrapping around the thighs the straps attach fine but then anything that is excess on the sides of the straps will bunch or bulge. The waste strap is so long and only velcro on the end. The excess on the other end will slide out because nothing holds it in place. Two suggestions to the maker is; the leg straps just need one gig strap to go around the whole thigh. Cut it appropriately to how a thigh is actually shaped. Thicker around the top and narrower towards the knee. Then add velcro to both ends of the waste strap. This will serve dual purpose and make it easier for use on the right hip when putting on and help keep the strap from sliding out. Additionally the handbook needs to have instructions on best way to wear it and best way to put it on.

I have a hypermobility disorder. On days where my body/muscles are particularly weak, my hips subluxate.I purchased this leg brace to give my muscles a bit of a break on difficult days and keep myself from falling over when I try to walk - as one does....I am short and only weigh about 100lb. This brace appeared to offer the most versatility of use and support at an affordable price-point. Unfortunately, the back strap only connects with the velcro at one end. The back strap is "T" shaped with a longer end, and the shorter end of the "T" does not have a connection/velcro and seems to slip out, causing the brace to shift and no longer be effective. The more you walk around and exist, the faster the brace detaches itself from reality(and where it's meant to connect on the back strap).If a doctor developed this product, they forgot to account for people using the brace to.. well, move. Like, getting up and walking without your hip slipping around like a bar of soap at the bottom of a wet shower. So if you're wearing it as a support to walk, the back strap will eventually slip out of place.As a tangent to the back strap, it also seems to cause some back pain. At least for me. I am unsure if this is related to the brace not fitting correctly.The thigh strap works, though.I managed to manipulate the brace to provide support to my hip, but it was very uncomfortable and does not fit my proportions well.It doesn't "breathe" at all, so you'll sweat underneath it. Which contributes to the discomfort.This product only comes in S/M and an XS is not available to purchase or exchange.The booklet is hardly informative, especially for people with hypermobility disorders(double-jointedness). I don't feel like the booklet offers any additional value to the product at all. All of the information within the booklet is readily available via the internet browser on the device you're using to read this review.

I like that the hip wrap is wide enough and long enough to fit my hip and be adjusted to give me just the right amount of support and that is what I need to help alleviating the pain when I am putting weight on my hip and thigh And I don't have to keep putting it back together because it stays put! I am surprised that it did not cost more money than it did, it is well worth the price!
