Just know its thin. Not the same size as military dogtags.

Well made, as described
Item received promptly and was as described. In my case I used it to assist with inscribing a large circle in dirt for landscaping purposes. It is the same gauge that is used for mens necklaces, id holders, keychains, etc. seems sturdy and well made. I would step up to the next size if you want a heavier duty version like for dogtags, etc. I hope this was helpful.

Poor packaging
The product works well and is good quality, but they sent a terrible spool that split in half and it isn’t the one shown in the photos. I have had to untangle and rewrap it several times and I will just have to do a makeshift spool to store it moving forward.
