I teach senior fit aerobics at my local YMCA. These balls are awesome to work on hand and finger strength for those of us folks who are starting to not be able to open up a Gatorade jar (or grip anything like we used to!). That happened to me 2 months ago. I had a large bottle of Gatorade and I tried to open the top. Nope. I tried it with a dish towel on the top and tried to open it. Nope. I FINALLY got it open but the lesser strength in my hands was VERY surprising. I figured I'd better work on my fingers and hands' dexterity, flexibility, and overall strength. The specialized proprietary class whose name I can't write here but I can give you an idea of ("Glittery-Gray Tennies"-get it?) recommended working with a ball like this. I then figured out that if a ball would help ME, one for each of my class members would help THEM too! Hey, the price was right, I ended up at first buying 2 sets, then I ordered one more set. The little motivational sayings on each ball were very special to my class members as well.

These are cute little squeeze balls. They have little sayings on them. The amount of resistance is incredible. I have rheumatoid arthritis and when I use them the fingers actually feel better

Light weight and good size but very stiff foam. My hands became tired from these way too quickly. The outside material also feels like it might tear very easily. The writing seemed to be printed on well and the assortment of colors was nice. Good price as well, just not right for my needs.

Bought for my team at work to help relieve stress. Can associate with the phrases too. Not sure if they were meant to be thrown at me but it lightened the mood in stressed out office. And they didn't hurt!
