Like some other reviewers, I felt like a super hero the first day I took it. I did so along with a two-espresso oat milk latte (my usual coffee routine is two espressos w/o milk but I wanted to be sure Brain Factor wouldn't upset my stomach). Insane energy, great mood, processing things like a machine. It did affect my sleep. I slept 3 hours. Felt really tired the next day. But then I took BF with a one-espresso latte in the morning, and within an hour, felt like a god-machine. It seems to erase any feelings of hesitation or doubt, making you ever-present and action-oriented. I was so present and in-the-moment that I forgot to eat lunch. It curbs hunger. However, sleeping 3-5 or so hours a day and relying on the supplement to keep me going is not sustainable. I know.
