Unfortunately my hands are very delicate and aged so I can’t use them.. However the product is extremely well made and in most people I believe the product can’t be beat for quality or price. In addition I did contact customer service using their web page they included in package to let them know I was returning but their product is very well made and probably be great for average person. They responded immediately and even offered to issue credit without me returning them. I bought for both hands. Wow! Now that kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days.

Might be perfect for someone else. Didn't fit my hand properly. I have small hands. The thumb strap put my thumb to sleep, badly. Took hours to get it feeling again. I put it on and went to sleep. It wasn't too tight, it is just the position the strap fits my hand. I have others that work, but are needing replacement. This is a week made product. I had no complaints except that it's not suitable to one size fits all. It doesn't.

great size for thumb support and pain relief. I can even wear it playing golf!

Finally a comfortable snug fit and better support than any of the others. And it’s interchangeable for my left hand too. Both hands! It’s washable and I love I can control the straps on this even around my thumb area.

Ordered two of these because doctor suspects carpal tunnel in both wrists. They suggested buying a brace from a pharmacy, Walmart or Amazon. I have pretty small hands and been through all the braces carried at the others. These just arrived. They fit even my child sized wrists, I like that they have support for the thumbs. But I’m fairly confident that I won’t be able to work in them.Other thoughts: read some comments before ordering seems to be some mixed reviews, especially when it comes to small hands. Just tuck it under before securing it, there won’t be any gaps. Also read that the thumb isn’t stabilized. Both seem to be.It’s not exactly what they suggested I order because it’s missing the splint, but I can’t stand them anyway. I also purchased a pair from another brand (with rave reviews) but that one really doesn’t help much, has some beading around the nerve that’s causing the numbness, way too big and can’t stabilize my thumb on the right hand at all, if I turn it around first the left hand it works better on the thumb.Last brace I got from a doctor was a child size brace, and my wrists are so small I can’t from a decent fitting band for my Apple Watch… But this is snug.

This is a GREAT thumb brace. My rheumatologist recommended a different brace, which I ordered but didn't really like. So I found this one, and I'll be telling my rheumatologist at my next appointment. I like that it can be worn on the left or the right hand; that makes it twice as useful! I had an issue with my order, so I contacted the company. WOW! They responded instantly, and they fixed the issue. That's OUTSTANDING customer support! I highly recommend both the company and the product.
