Nice shoe
Very comfortable fit. I wear a size 13 running shoe and ordered the same and it was a perfect fit.

Great shoes--particular appreciate tongue loop to prevent toe pinching while riding
I am very pleased with these. They are comfortable and a bit unusual with the ratchet to adjust the one strap. The actual reason I bought these is the small tongue loop that keeps the tongue from slipping and pinching my toes that my previous shoes did. I really appreciate attention to detail which these shoes reflect.

Used shoes being sold as new
I really like these shoes, but it’s clear they were used/returned despite being advertised as new. The cleats were already installed and the allen wrench is missing. Thankfully, my shoes did not show signs of damage or heavy use like other reviewers. I should’ve read the other reviews before buying this since this seems to be a recurring issue

High quality & long-lasting cycling shoes for Peloton!
Absolutely love these cycling shoes for my Peloton spin bike. I've never used a clip-in shoes before on a spin bike, so it took some getting used to. I also have never had to construct my shoes myself before but it wasn't terribly hard & also made it easier to adjust the magnets when needed. Definitely recommend. Bought gently used from Amazon, would recommend!

A nightmare to try to return
These arrived in perfect shape, but they didn’t fit I started the return process, and was informed that I would need to pay return postage. Printed the label and chatted with CS, who let me know to pay it and I would be reimbursed. Took the package to the PO, and they let me know the return postage would be over $200 and no tracking. Something is with this picture. This CS reps were all polite, and tried to be helpful
