Here's the sekret for using this contraption - ONE (01) MINUTE PER SLICE. I tried cooking some bog-standard President's Choice bacon to the instructions (so-called "2 slices = 1 minute), and it was rawwwwwwww.Mind you, like the sad lonely lad I am, I was only using a $39.99 Walmart microwave. YMMV. <3

Got this for my son. He sometimes does cooked breakfast and this has speeded the morning routine up. The bacon isn't quite as crispy as done in the skillet but is much less messy than frying. Kitchen paper will remove the cooled grease for easy clean-up which is great. I thought it was worth a try and he seems happy with his bacon cooked this way.

I LOVE using my Bacon Wizard!! I don't have to stand at my stove for an hour to get enough crispy to feed my family. It gets the bacon crispy without all of the grease. The only downside is that all of the grease doesn't get into the dish and will leave a mess in the microwave but it's still easier than having to cook bacon on the stove.
