Great customer service
Although I received the package severely damaged and with one of the end caps missing, the rest of the item looked good. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly by sending a whole new ladder (at no charge). Overall, I'm happy with the piece and how it looks, it is rustic. FYI: the rungs on the ladder are slightly different in size, so be sure to place them from smallest (for the top) to largest. The directions do not specify this and it is hard to notice at first. Do not completely tighten the end caps until you've got the ladder completely assembled.

Worth the purchase!
So excited. Just received. It was so quick and easy to put together, maybe 10 mins at most. Perfect color and very sturdy. Doesn't look cheap made.. Waiting for stockings to come in because that is where they will hang. Oh the possibilities. The wood and pipe look so good together. You know when you find a great deal you want to share with everyone, well this is one of them. If looking for a farmhouse rustic ladder I would highly recommend.

Great for small business!!
The fact that it can be broken down and then put together again makes this five star in my mind!! I have a hand embroidery business and this is amazing to show case blankets or hang clothes I do.

Beautiful piece but arrive incomplete.
It is a beautiful piece, but for the first time I bought it on Amazon, I received an incomplete item. It is missing three metal tubes. I emailed customer service, and they sent new blanket stairs without cost. 🌟Five stars for the excellent customer service

Rustic/Industrial Ladder that's easy to assemble
The pieces for the ladder was well packaged and assembly was really easy. It took less than 10min. Pro tip: install the top and bottom rods first. The metal rods actually has 2 screw-on pieces on both ends. I recommend untwisting the inner screw of the end (instead of at the cap) so that you can fit the inner middle rods more easily without having to worry about balancing the wooden side pieces and making sure it's parallel.This ladder will fit any rustic/industrial themed room. It feels very sturdy and can comfortably fit 3-4 oversized throws. I also recommend adding felt pads on where the wood meets the wall for added cushion so that it doesn't dent or chip your wall.

Like how easy this was to put together. Also, a great way to show my pretty throws.

Nice but tiny scratches.
I can touch those up. Not sure why in the box was what looks like a vinyl roller shade about 12” or so wide. And a metal bar thing labeled do not open, under pressure. I’m sure these are what scratched the wood.

A+ customer service
Looks great, sturdy. I highly recommend building it standing up, as it was easier.Looks wonderful in my living room . But, I wanted to praise the customer service. My box was destroyed on delivery and I had missing parts, I called the number and was told to email my issue. I emailed and received a response the same day. I was also sent a replacement. No hassles at all. A+

Love it
I have free standing tub in my bathroom and i placed it sort of on the side of it and looks amazing.. gives very spa feel but i have to say price if a bit expensive for this product.. super light material so great look but it should he within $50 range not $90
