DOWFROST(TM) HD heat transfer fluid is a formulation of 94.0 percent propylene glycol and a specially designed package of industrial corrosion inhibitors. Suitable applications with a single fluid process heating and cooling, closed-loop, water-based HVAC applications where propylene glycol solutions are preferred or required. The fluid is dyed bright yellow to aid in leak detection. Solutions in water provide freeze protection to below -50C (-60F) and burst protection to below -73C (-100F). Recommended use temperature range: -45C (-50F) to 160C (325F). DOWFROST is a trademark of Dow Chemical.

The real deal.
I bought this for a custom water cooling loop that experiences dramatic temperature changes and uses the common 40mm aluminium water blocks.The fact that it's less toxic than ethylene glycol was the deciding factor.If you don't dilute it before adding to a loop, make sure that you add it to a reservoir with lots of water, because it's thick enough when undiluted that weak pumps will have trouble pumping it.

Good stuff
Used it for my garage heater setup. Works great to keep the lines water when temps drop sub zero. Seems like the best deal for a gallon shipped next day on amazon
