Very happy!
It honestly works! Great design and cute little thing that has been helping me with my headaches that sadly become migraines. I will have to get “him” into a little bag to bring him around lol

Poor Design
Poor quality and poorly designed. The part that looks like the head is too large, which prevents the arms from reaching the areas of the neck that actually need massage. If they improved the design, it could be a great product. Unfortunately, for many people, this product simply won’t work as intended.

Great tool
That's the best self massage tool I found! Easy to use and really gets to the trigger points! I love it!

Little doll lifesaver
So I own another item by Little Mum, and although I found their items a little bit expensive because I’m on disability and low income, they’re worth the investment. I like the first item that I bought that looks like a misshaped pretzel and so I also decided to buy this item because I needed something that was smaller and easier to quickly quickly toss in a bag for travel. I just recently returned from taking care of a friend of mine in hospital and sleeping next to his bedside and hospital chairs for a week is not recommended when you have chronic pain. But this little doll was in my bag and it turned out to be a real lifesaver because well, of course it didn’t completely kill my pain. It was small and manageable enough for me to work out knots and sore and hard muscles and all of that sort of thing a little bit here and a little bit there. It is heavier than I thought it would be, which would be the only thing about it I don’t like. Also bonus points for being able to just wipe it down with a disinfectant and rinse off after being in hospital environment. I plan to order several more of this company items and while expensive as I said, I do recommend and feel the quality is there. I’m considering ordering a second one of these so that I have one for each side of my body when I want to work on it at the same time. When I can find it a little bit cheaper in the Amazon return section I will do that.

i almost didn’t keep this but now i’m so glad I did
I was so excited when I bought this and then was so annoyed because it “didn’t work” and “didn’t line up with my neck size” so I kept trying but stopped. I finally took the time and effort to get adjusted at the chiropractor and realized after years my jaw, neck, and spine were so slightly misaligned that I had NO IDEA I was tilted to the right causing 4 years of extreme tmj/jaw pain. I tried this little orange guy afterwards, and it works like a literal charm. now that i’m aligned it hits the trigger points perfectly (especially at the base of my skull where all my migraines start) and it’s now my go-to tool when i’m in pain, and believe me i’ve tried everything. it perfectly aligns and you can rock it back and forth to get the tension out. amazing 10/10 I hope someone sees this and buys it so they can use it for a bad headache or after a night of sleeping in the wrong position. definitely worth the money! getting rid of pain is priceless.

Too big — needs to offer multiple sizes
I love this little device and have found a use for it (mid back) but for my neck, it doesn’t work. My neck sits right between the “feet”. I would like to see additional sizes offered to accommodate different sized people.

Favorite Lil Mum massager
I have a couple of this company’s tools, and surprisingly, this one is my favorite. While it’s not as firm as some, it has enough firmness to get deep into my mid-back, which is quite difficult for many other tools to get to. It’s so portable that I can take it all over and even use it unobtrusively, including in the car. I’ve even been able to use it in the trunk of our minivan to stretch my upper back. The neck traction part hasn’t been as effective for me since it’s hard to get the right position, but I have other tools for that, so it’s not a big deal. I was hoping this would work for deep pressure along my spine, and I took the low risk of a free return. Definitely keeping this one, as it exceeded my expectations!

Works, but you have to cut off his head.
I LOVE my red silicone lobster thing from Little Mum, but this guy wasn't as great. He seems poorly designed. His head is too big and gets in the way. If I tried to use it on the pressure points on the back of my neck, I couldn't lean back far enough for his little arms to reach those pressure points. So I asked my boyfriend to cut off his head to get it out of the way. Much better. Still not the miracle device the lobster is, though.
