Great for sizing a shoe a little smaller. Also these pads prevent any blisters from your shoes rubbing against your heel .They stick to the shoe easily and wore them all day , pads were in and didn’t move at all. The thickness was perfect just thick enough . Some of these pads are to thin and just are worthless these are good quality. When I wear tights , thinner socks or no socks at all ,I like my shoes not to slip up and down .These pads are really great if you don’t want to wear socks , and they help prevent blisters if your shoe is slightly loose.

These are really great! I have two pairs of ballet type shoes that were just a little too big and were slipping off the back of my heel. These work really well keeping the shoes on my feet. They are easy to apply. Just peel off the backing and stick. I made sure I kept it below the seam of the shoe. I don’t think those will work if your shoe is a size larger but if they’re like half or quarter size too big these will work. I love that they blend in with the inside of the shoe so you can’t see them. And they’re so soft, they don’t rub or cause blisters.

My favorite pair of ballet flats got stretched out, and I was looking for a way to save them to get more use out of them. These heel grips were a perfect solution! Overall, they fit snugly and easily into the shoe and are sized appropriately so that they don't stick out. The thickness was ideal for adjusting the fit correctly. Most importantly, they are very comfortable and barely noticeable! They are easy to adhere, just make sure to clean the interior of the shoe before sticking them on and you will be good to go - they never moved or bunched while walking. They are also simple to remove if necessary. Glad I found these!

They don't really help much with loafer heel slip if your loafers are too big because the material these are made of is super slippery. It doesn't grip your heel at all. They're easy to put on and take off at least.

These are the best inserts to stop heel from slipping inside shoe. This is my second purchase of these exact inserts. I have a pair of shoes (Dr. scholl’s jet set loafer) that these have been in over a year and they are still going strong. The are soft on the heel but have a little bit of texture to hold heel in place. The cushioning is superb- just remember to put the fatter part at the top of shoe.

Exactly what I needed to make my heels the perfect fit. I have a pair of simple black heels for work. I found my heel slipping out while I was walking, but I couldn’t go down a size.
