Zero communication lead to poor experience
I ended up being extremely disappointed in my overall experience. Long story short, I placed my order on 3/13. Received part of my order 3/22 and the rest on 4/8. This by itself was not the issue. It was the emails and request for updates that went unanswered over that time span that bothered me most. Especially when I continued to get automated promotional emails encouraging to purchase again when I had yet to get all of my order. Only partial response I received was through their social media, even that response was in generalities with no update about my actual order even though I provided my order number. 26 days is too long to wait without any communication.I was pretty happy with the products overall. The scent is FANTASTIC. Many compliments from friends and family. I had several difficulties with smooth application and cleaning that I have yet to find the right combination for. Often got clumpy and went into my hair clumpy. Once it dried, that was not visible thankfully.I do not believe I will be purchasing from them again based on my experience.
