Works better than a sponge, with less bubbles and less time. I like that the lamb's wool wraps around the 2 longer sides as well, so it makes it easy to dip a side in floor sealant and quickly walk along edge of room and cover the quarter round molding. even floor coverage.time saver indeed.

Item Description does not state that it is SYNTHETIC lambswool and also does state that it is only 10". My search was for an 18" Lambswool applicator and this Item was on the first line. When I clicked into it there was no mention that it was only a 10" applicator nor that it was a synthetic wool pad. The picking ticket inside the package didn't even state that it was a synthetic pad, it stated "Lambswool Applicator 10-inch. When I returned it they charged my a 20% restocking fee.

This was used together with Pro Shot Floor Restorer. It easily screws on to the end of your mop handle and has wingnuts to loosen or tighten it so you can rinse it and reuse it when you are done with it. It was a comparable price to that of Home Depot.

I was very happy with this product. My husband put it on an old mop handle. Prior to getting this I was using a sponge mop to put on my restoring floor finish. With this lambswool applicator I used half as much. Works great and is saving me money.

Wool part is ok, but the point at which you screw in a handle is just threaded wood and it quickly wears out. I had to wrap duct tape around the handle's screw point to get the handle to stay in long enough to complete three small rooms.

Hard to find product and it holds together well. Reusable over and over as long as you wash it well. Used it to spread a water based floor finish over composition tiles. Worked great!

Very durable. Excellent quality for the price.
