Does anyone have a problem with the finer grits delaminating as with the Uxcell brands?

Hello, only one side is coated diamond particles. The back of diamond grinding disk is a smooth and flat steel plate, and there are no diamond particles.

Can this be used for diamond? SiC? What is the roughness of the lap?

The roughness is 3000 grit... and it is diamond

I assume that they are made in China. I have 5 different grits that I use to smooth the edges of glass wine bottles that I cut. I put them on a wooden backer, mount them on my wood lathe, and use a spray bottle of water to keep them wet while I grind glass. This prevents over heating and having ground glass floating around my shop. A bucket catches the drips. They have worked very well and have lasted well.
