I was happy to see all the extras that came with the battery. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well, restored an old phone to regular service *by M***N on February 22, 2023* I bought a new old stock S8 as a secondary phone/music player. The phone was pristine but the 5-year-old battery was stored flat for too long and would not hold a charge. This kit included everything I needed to install a new battery, for a reasonable rate. I have lots of experience with mobile tech repairs, but I would still put this replacement at a 3/5 difficulty. Be prepared to apply heat and plenty of patience. The old battery began to swell pretty quickly into my regular use (and overcharging) of the device, so I myself had an easy way into the back cover. The new adhesive is pretty good, much better than trying to reuse the old, and the battery performs well. I would imagine not 100% as well as a brand new battery from 2017 but hey it's 2023 and this must be at least 80% of the intended capacity. It works well for my use case. I tossed the included tools aside in favor of my nicer iFixit set but it's still nice to know they were there.
