Methyl B complexes always give me a bad reaction from depression to anxiety to fatigue. It doesn't work like you'd expect. Synethic B vitamins work okay, but I was still looking for better. This B complex gives me such phenomenal clean energy and clear mindset. It's also a bonus that it includes choline, inositol and benfopure! I feel like this is perfect for everyone no matter how you react to other formulations. And you can trust Pure for their quality. I rarely write reviews and had to take a second to post this.

My delivery of Vitamin B-Complex arrived in a bottle labeled Melatonin, with a separate label stating B-Complex. Of course, I will not consume any of the supplements given the different labels, and request another bottle of B-Complex.I usually purchase from Pure Encapsulations; although more expensive than others, I enjoy their quality and reputation. But now, not only do I know if it is Pure, I don’t know what is Encapsulated.If no replacement comes, I will switch to Thorne (my other preferred brand).Review Update: I received a full refund from Amazon in just a couple of days from posting my issue, so I have upgraded the overall rating. I have used Pure Encapsulations for years and will continue.

I purchased this product on the recommendation from my podiatrist to help with foot pain at night. I have been taking one capsule at night before bed and it seems to be helping. I have noticed that my urine is a bright yellow as a result of taking vitamin B Complex, but I can live with that. If you are looking for a good vitamin B Complex I recommend this product.

Pros, I can tell this worksCons , another good vitamin supplement company that was sold out to Nestle.I don’t trust Nestle even a little. They are a huge corporation trying to take over the natural springs water here in Central Florida for plastic bottling. This would mess up the natural flow and divert it for their use and all the damage that comes with Corporations owning natural recourses.Because of this, I’ll be looking for another brand than this one for my needs 🥹

I have the mutation gene for vitamin B. I can only take ONE in the morning and ONE in the afternoon. If I take two at the same time I throw up and it makes me sick and the brand doesn’t matter.However, this really improves my energy since I have an autoimmune disorder. I go from feeling from exhausted to low energy and heck I can live that. Other brands don’t give me as much energy. I am bummed that Nestle owns this company now but oh well.
