The light doesn’t flash’s when charging it up- is it faulty

There will be a blue light flashing during charging.

Not getting the light to say it’s charging- just got it today and it’s been charging for 4 hrs

I had mine in full sun in Botswana for 5 days and it still didn't charge beyond the first blue light, which couldn't charge a Samsung s21
