Black Widow Car Ramps for Oil Change, 3,000 lb GAWR, Hydraulic, 6"–15.5"

I'm not sure why other people are having problems with these. Mine work absolutely flawlessly. They are packed in wooden crates, and so they arrive in perfect condition. Ingenious design, I love the lock plates that lock it in the upright position. By the way, I bought two pairs of these so I can raise my entire Jeep up 15 inches. Now I can sit upright underneath it and work on it, instead of having to lay on my back. Awesome!

These are junk, first the pump didn't work ok they sent a new one it worked then went to change oil in chrysler 300, and the bracket that hold the hydrolic cylinder on the passenger side lift bent while lifting the car these are useless and unsafe don't buy them.

I received them today and couldn't wait to try them out. I have read where one side lifts slower than the other and I experienced that as well but it's no big issue. I found them to be well made and I do like the safety locks but would still place a jack stand as a precaution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they make life a tad easier in the garage.

I didn’t like the safety lock. You need to lift it all the way up to put their safety locks and also where do you buy the parts if a cylinder goes bad or something one of my cylinders went bad and I’m having a hard time locating it

Don't but this product. I only used this jack 2 times and on the third time the hydraulic pump on one side just stopped working and I called them to see if I could get another pump and even emailed them and no response at all. Horrible customer service. Would never use anything black widow again. Worst 800 dollars spent. Just buy a regular floor jack and jack stands and save yourself 600 bucks.

Awesome Car lift, works as intended!

I didn't care for the fact that I had to contact the supplier for instructions. once I found out it needed to be bled. and they need to be bolted down.
