I agree with the writer that everything tastes better with lemons, and in our house lemon juice is often used as a good substitution for salt. My family love fresh seafood so I think the "Marinaded Tuna", and "Scallops with Lemon, Bay and Rosemary oil" will be first on the list, closely followed by the "Aubergine and Parmesan bake", apparently a favourite of Ursula's father! The vegetable recipes look equally delicious, and I look forward to amongst others, attempting the "Fried Fennel", "Cauliflower from Amalfi" and "Salad with Aubergine and Onions".
