Comfortable
Bought this for my daughter when she worked from home during her pregnancy. She said she was extremely comfortable, it was easy to assemble, sturdy and supported her back

Good chair for the price
Took me 35 minutes to assemble as a not-so-handy person. Instructions were clear. Connecting the backrest to the armrest are a bit tough but I worked through it.The armrests are a bit flimsy. The wheels move well against my hard wood floor/rug. The backrest is a bit further back than anticipated but nothing a cushion couldn’t fix for better posture. For this price point, it was a nice chair that will get the job done. Hope it last a decent time.

A very nice working chair
This chair is very comfortable and rolls with ease in my studio on a hard floor. It looks nice too, I chose the gray color, and it's not too intrusive. The height and tilt are easily adjustable. With 2 exceptions, the assembly was fairly easy and I am a moderately mechanical person.First assembly issue: I couldn't locate any "front" mark on the armrests as the instructions indicated. So you should orient the more square-looking part of each armrest towards the same direction as the "front" sticker which is on the bottom of the seat cushion.Second assembly issue: The "wrench" tool which comes in the packet of parts won't easily work when you're trying to attach the backrest to the seat cushion in Step 5. There just isn't enough room to turn that "wrench" to tighten the screws because the mesh of the backrest and the crossbar of the backrest both get in the way. What the manufacturer should have included was a 3/16 Allen wrench to tighten those two screws. I used my own Allen wrench tool to good effect. Those two assembly issues were fairly minor and I would have rated the "Easy To Assemble" category a 4.5 if that had been an option. All in all, this under $100 chair was a good bargain and I'm happy with my purchase. Great Chair for a Great Price
It took me about 25 minutes to put the chair together, the instructions were extremely straight forward (the hardware even labeled and organized in a panel). People have complained about the arm rests being difficult to understand which end faces forward-I assure you, it’s obvious which end faces outward. The chair has a somewhat great range of high and low height for seating. It has a great appearance and looks pleasing. People also complained about it not holding up or lasting long-it states in the manual that the chair is designed for use equivalent to a 40 hour work week. I have yet to see if that is false. All in all, it’s a simple chair that looks great at my desk.

Does not hold up.
After using this chair for a year it started to bend about 6 months in. When sitting in the chair you are leaning the the left because of how uneven it is.

Squeaking chair
To fix my unbearable squeaking chair when lube wasn’t enough. I figured out it was the swivel knob making the noise and it was the top of the screw grinding when moved. You can tell if this is your issue by vibrationYou want to wedge a coin underneath the screw.Untighen your swivel knob and pull on the knob to wedge a dime underneath the top of the screw that’s holding your swivel knob together. Once the coin is partly wedged under the cap of the screw, tighten the swivel knob and crush the coin.It will squish the coin and all the squeaking will be gone. Like new again

Painful to sit on...
The padding seems to serve no purpose other than to make it look like it has a cushion, but for my weight and size (190 lbs./6 ft. tall) this is a truly terrible chair.Unfortunately this was not apparent until after assembly, which is 20 minutes I'll never get back and then another 30 minutes to take it apart, pack it back up and ship it back to Amazon.Maybe suitable for your cat or small dog, but I'd be shocked to find any adult human finds this something other than a cheap Chinese chair made to fit into a price point with no consideration given to actual use as a desk chair.Sometimes we get less than we paid for and I would say this meets that standard with flying colors.tl;drDon't buy this piece of junk.
