Definitely a bust!
Never again!! It is definitely not a medium firm. It feels like sleeping on a plywood board with a futon for padding! Wanted to exchange it but no reply. Return policy was to roll this king size mattress back into a box. I have enough problems with my back and knees. This mattress will not add to the problem. Also tried reaching out to the seller and silence is what I got.
