Large box with plenty of tablets and they are helping me a great deal. I have had serious water retention for some years now and no doctor has ever admitted that I do so I have looked for help elsewhere and these tablets are working miracles.

I had a kidney stone removed five years ago and get occasional episodes of pain still. It was a 'stag horn calyx' and could not be completely removed.After a week of taking these capsules, I began to get backache in the region I associate with my kidney issues. A couple of days later, the pain moved aound my side, following the path I'd expect a kidney stone to take. I never actually saw or had the sensation of any stone being passed but the discomfort cleared up a couple of days later and did not return while I was taking the capsules.This is not an uncommon pattern for me so I can't be certain that ut was related to the medication.The only notable side effect seemed to be that I was having to get up multiple times during the night to go to the toilet.

I have been in the health food business for many years. In all honesty, I have never heard of using the active ingredient of Phyllanthus to cleanse the kidneys or liver. The use of this is based upon Ayuverdic principles and it is quite a unique product. My favourites to cleanse the liver and look after the kidneys are supplements that contain Milk Thistle, Tumeric, Black Raddish and Artichoke.Using this for Liver protection and detoxification is new to me. The active ingredient is usually used for inflammation and kidneys, but adding the liver to the mix doesn't quite make sense, as there are far more effective supplements for the liver. I have blood sugar issues and so cleansing both the liver and pancreas is a good thing to do. Protecting the kidneys is essential. So in theory this product should be good for my needs. Cleansing the liver, which helps the pancreas and cleans out the gallbladder are all beneficial things to do for a diabetic or insulin intolerant person. This product has helped bring down the blood sugars after a meal. It does seem to help the liver and pancreas with the Beta Cell process and so aids insulin production. In turn that protects the kidneys from sugar.I take two a day and my blood sugar response has improved. I have also found my digestion improved over the same period with less gas and bloating. Overall this is a good product that works well and I am happy to recommend it.

So far they have been great, I was having pain in my liver after eating, gall stones ruled out. But since taking these, 3x a day I havent had any pain at all!

I used to take Chanca Piedra in a liquid form so I know the herb, trust it and had good results with it and it seems the capsules are working, too! Maybe more convenient to take.The packaging looks very medical, even the capsules look like a medicine.There is 60 capsules (4 blister packs) and 1 capsule should be taken 2-3 times per day, preferably with meal.After about 3-4 days I have noticed some sensation, (which I already recognise from before - from having had kidney stones over the years, passing them, taking Chanca Piedra etc.), not the pain but something is dissolving/moving that's for sure.I love Chanca Piedra plant and because I think my body has tendency to create stones I would get this regularly (once or twice a year) as a kidney/liver reset.One thing I could personally do without is maltodextrin in the ingredients list.The capsule is made from bovine gelatine so not suitable for vegans.But I am happy with the product and would recommend it.

I was never able to use this product as I thought it would break the kidney stone but not necessarily drop it and it can be very painful if it stuck somewhere through the passing process and requires ultrasound to find it. I passed a kidney stone before and it was very painful therefore I was a bit hesitating to use this product.
