I tried quite of few brands and to me this actually played a big part of burning off some really tough fat around the waist area. I was using the same supplements that I take on a daily basis for years and only changed my fish oil to this product. I've seen so much information that fish oil helps with weight loss. The past products used never made no real noticeable weight lose to me.To my surprise that fat around my waist / love handles that I've been trying to lose since my 20's had burned off. I conducted the "freezer test" on this and it passed nicely. I purchased one before this from a different label and it failed miserably. If your looking for a basic way of finding out if you have a good quality of these types of capsules...throw one in the freezer for a couple of hours. If it comes out foggy it means it has imprities in it and you wasted your money...The more clear it is, the better and this stuff came out quite clear.

To get the promised does of omega 3's you need to take 3 a day. Save you money, there are better products on the market. Plus this company is sketchy, their website looks like it was made by me when I was 12 years old.

I don't know if they really provide the max amount of omega 3s but the super fishy oder will make you gaug! Nasty fish oder! Also the capsules stick together tightly. Find another product.

Have been looking for a good fish oil, and one that has high levels of DHA...as my Dr. recommends for a daily requirement. This product is full of good stuff. I've actually been able to lower the number of capsules that I must take to reach my DHA level. Although this product is not cheap...I can fulfill my requirements with less, so it probably equals out in cost with my previous product. Absolutely no side effects, either...no burping or fishy taste. Really great product!

So far so good! Great quality softgel. Incredibly potent. Cool bottle too. This is maybe the best fish oil you can buy for the price and strength.

Husbands cholesterol is off the chart. Without having to take statins we are trying natural supplements. There were so many brands to choose from but it was easy to decide when this was rated 5 Stars by all users. I will be reporting back in 3 months. Not too large of a pill and goes down easy.
