It’s like a wait trainer
Ohh I love this !! From the regular one that were use to, to this one is a big upgrade. It’s like a waist trainer. I love it.

It does the job!
Ok ! So during this lock down we are under I am taking advantage of working out at home getting toned for the summer and I’m peite so it kinda of difficult to find a waist band that’s fits, Soo perfect ! And it helps you so much with your core and making sure you pull/in your core when working out helps my back as well when doing different work outs and it does make you Sweat!!! My tummy was drenched and I worked out for 45 mins and I wonder if there is a way to make one for long and short torso on mind bc even tho it fit I wanted to hit a lil lower but if I pulled it down then it missed of my upper torso misses out on the love but it’s not a negative this belt is still a good choice !

Yes it does it all
This really helps while working out because I do have frequent muscle spasms. I can tell the difference when I am being lazy and just wanna get my workout done. I end up stopping just to put this on. I definitely sweat my ass off more and you can see a little hourglass coming back strong. I am 135lbs 5’1 and I exercise 4/5 times a week. The only complaint I have is if you don’t line the velcro up just right-it will scratch and rub your skin raw at the bottom of your stomach. As long as that is double checked? You’re good to go and I haven’t had any other issues with exercising with it. Also it is on the cheaper side when it comes to waist trainers. I’ve paid $55 for one that didn’t even do half of the wonders this has done for me. I do recommend!
