Can you get texts on this watch??

Hi, yes you can. So the way it works is you can set it up to show whatever notification you want to see on the watch. I have mine set up for messages and WhatsApp. You can also respond with pre-set messages (which you can create yourself on the app) and also emojis. It will also notify you if you have a call but you can't answer it via the watch.

Can you make and receive calls

Unfortunately it does not have a speaker or microphone so I believe the answer is no.

Does this watch sync with komoot, google fit or strava?

I have been using this way h for a while now and it predecessor and they link with Strava via the Zepp app no problem. Sometimes the app and watch need to be Re connected and synced but its always an easy and quick job to do.
