The Stealth 600 has a flip-to-mute feature. Just flip the mic up and you will be muted.

Can I have the sound coming out of the headset and tv simultaneously?

The Stealth 600 is configured by sending all audio to the headset itself. However, if you have the original PS4 or PS4 Pro console (not the new "slim" PS4 console) the Stealth 700 will allow you to send Game Audio to both the heasdet and TV speakers. I have these for ps4 is there anyway to use these with game and chat sound coming thru the headset. But game sound also coming out of tv?

It is an audio output configuration of the ps4

What type of transmitter will it have? a freestanding like the px51? or a usb plug in? can i use the headset with the freestanding transmitter?

It just has a USB dongle you plug into the console. There is no transmitter.
