Quality is excellent, plan how you will store these lovely noodles.
This is a very good noodle, cooks quickly and has excellent texture. Be prepared to put your 4 pounds of noodles in a tall container, the noodles are shipped in heavy plastic which won't work for storage. I use a Rubbermaid Brilliance Airtight container, 11 1/2 inches tall, marked as holding 19.6 cups.

The Perfect Ramen Noodle
Noodles arrived in great shape with very few broken ones. They hold their shape well during cooking and do not turn mushy as many ramen noodles do. They are very good in soups and taste wonderful. I particularly like the medium size for many prepared dishes. It is just the right thickness. Highly recommended.

Great for pan fried noodles
Its nice to have the option to get these online. These are my go-to noodles for chinese pan fried noodles, my family loves it when I make them. Boil till al dente, rinse under cold water, flavor with soy, coat with sesame oil and fry in a hot non-stick skillet. MMMMmmmmm. Lets admit that the price is a little steep compared to brick/mortar asian store; but if you're 200miles away from one glad to have to option.

Delicious and just the right thickness ! Ive been very picky about ramen noodles lately and these are perfect. I even use them for stir fry. They soak up the flavors nicely and cook just right without getting a slimy texture. The pack is huge and worth the price.
