Q: Why are my sweet potatoes slightly different from my last order?

As a natural product single ingredient product shape & shading may vary slightly depending on the season and crop yield. Also, seasonal shifts in natural products can cause them to come in various shapes & sizes but with the same great taste.

Q: What ingredients are there, is it actually single ingredient?

Only one ingredient: 100% USA sweet potato for ALL of our sweet potato products. No additives, no colors, no grains. Only sweet potatoes from the Carolinas.

Q: Why does my bag say product of Canada? Where in the USA are your sweet potatoes grown?

Great question! All of our sweet potatoes are grown in the USA but our baking is done in a SQF Certified facility in Canada. Our sweet potatoes are grown in Carolina.

Q: What if my dog doesn’t like it or won’t eat it?

We stand behind our products, we promise that you and your dog will love our treats but if your dog doesn't like it we will take them back no questions asked.

Q: How are these different from the Soft and Chewy Brutus & Barnaby sweet potato slices?

This is the original version: thicker and tougher. The other version contains softer chewier slices that senior dogs or dogs with dental issues could still enjoy, so every dog has their perfect treat!
