I had a different belt that was an infrared belt that went down to the bone which is great for arthritis. However that belt stopped working and I had to find a new one.This one works just as well and I think it gets hotter than the first one. If you will be using it to address arthritic pain you will like this one as it does provide relief! I only use the heat function so that is why I did not address the massage feature.

The belt is very thick and durable and stays attached good. The heat works well but it only vibrates. I prefer more of a shiatsu massager than a vibration. Works well, my husband likes it

Not comfortable to wear in the slightest.First, the vibration elements made it heavy.Second, those same elements provided a very hard surface pressed into my back... whether I had vibration turned on or not.Then there are other problems. I was expecting a separate power cord to go with this, something that easily detaches from the unit like most such wraps use. Instead I got a very short cord that is either permanently attached or attaches in such an inconvenient location that there's no point trying to unplug it.The result is that, instead of swapping it out for a cord of my choosing (due to length or simply wearing out with age), I'm dependent on a USB extension cable or the included power bank... and the power bank provides yet another hard surface that shoves into my side. And due to the length of the cord, I cannot simply set the power bank somewhere on an end table or armrest or such, it's designed to keep in the attached pocket and only in the attached pocket.As a large-chested woman, I also had to keep moving my boobs out of the way to even see the controls, making that part awkward as well.Finally, this product appears identical to B0B5N9JBTJ If there is any difference besides the few dollars in price, I haven't found it yet.

The first one stopped working before three months and Amazon replaced it for me. I think the battery continued to charge on the first one but the Connection between the battery and the activation Button is not secure. Also move the activation buttons to the side where it cannot be activated by chance.I would suggest that the designers go back to the drawing board. Also the ribs in the back need to be removable and with a Velcro closure too if the wearer desires a Softer fit.All in all, this is a great product. I would recommend it.

I have a lot of different types of massagers for self-healing as I have had a very long health journey the last decade or so and they really help me. I was excited to get this one because it was unlike any of the other ones I have, and it had a power bank which was perfect since most things I order say they can attach to one but they don't actually include one. You just charge it up, and you can walk around cord free. There are different modes with vibration and heat. It actually gets pretty hot. I've had hotter, but I've definitely had much cooler where I felt it wasn't doing anything. I'm a smaller woman, and it fits me well. I like the extra straps on it to really get it tight as once you secure it you can make it even tighter with two of the straps so you can get a deeper massage. I like to lie in bed and watch shows, and that's usually when I use devices like this. It can be uncomfortable if you are smaller or it just is on too tight because you will feel the big lumps of the massagers and the power bank. That's mainly when I'm wedged on my bed, but it's different if you are standing up straight. I think it feels good. It's mainly a vibration and not any type of deep tissue massage. This is perfect if you are having reproductive issues and you do castor oil packs, as you can put this on top so it helps with the therapeutics. If you are having cramping the massaging helps that as well as taking your mind off of any pain you may be having. I just love that I can bring this with me in the car and not have to worry about a cord. I'm just glad I have this for my castor oil treatments as it's more effective than my weighted heating pad as this wraps around me tightly. But I could actually wrap this around the heating pad as well.

I wish companies would stop advertising vibration things as "massage" since it really is not. There are things that have the mechanics to do a type of shiatsu massage, and those are nice. Vibrating things like this I simply find annoying.So the massage feature - useless.The battery option here works nicer than a standard heating pad though since you are not tied to an outlet. So it gets points for that.Doesn't provide any real support, but it does at least stay on if your waist is the right size to use this.Heat levels are only OK. For real back pain I'd likely end up on a heating pad that provides more heat therapy, but this would be OK for minor annoyance back discomfort for me.
