Oh man this is came in handy. y
This is good to have if you have newborn or baby. I've been using it a lot at the moment my 3month daughter has had right boogie nose this with saline solution spray does wonders gets almost all that snot out the nose and it's easy to clean just pop off the silicone bottom give it was with hot water. The nossle but I just clean it with wet cotton bud cause get build up boogies in the nose bit. But it's most have for snotty bubas I'd say.

Not a great design
When using, after one puff, you need to clean it otherwise as you for the the next pump, the material inside will come out and land on your face ! :/ it happened twice. So it is not a very smart design unless I am using it wrong.
