I was so excited to receive this high end Dell Latitude tablet PC! It came with an attached pen which was I wasn't expecting... a pleasant surprise! But I don't plan to use the pen often. I set everything up fast and discovered that my tablet was also eligible for an upgrade to Windows 11 pro so I upgraded cause I like Windows 11 more than Windows 10 and some older versions of these tablet pcs do not have sufficient hardware requirements to upgrade.I ran into a small problem with the camera not working. After troubleshooting in device manager, I discovered that the camera was missing its drivers. It was an easy fix by going to the Dell website support page, allowing Dell to scan my pc and determine the drivers that my tablet pc needed to upgrade and install. Some were urgent driver upgrades with the bios system. After installing about 10 upgraded drivers for different components, I rebooted my tablet and then my camera finally worked!Overall, I am extremely pleased with this tablet pc. I am enjoying the speed and high quality specifications it has such as the Intel Core I-7 Processor, 16 gig of RAM and solid state drive which makes this tablet pc very fast and able to run multiple applications at once without skipping a beat.

The media could not be loaded. Battery lost half its effiveness. Advertisment said it was strong. The finger sign in does not work.Other than those 2 things, it was solid, but battery a big deal to me.

I knew it was refurbished but I didn’t count on the screen having scratches and buff marks. Otherwise, the tablet appears to be working well and I was able to update it to Windows 11 without compromising performance.

Tablet was sent to me with hard drive issues. When starting the computer it kept crashing. Called Amazon and they directed me to call refurbisher. The refurbisher was never reachable so I sent computer back. After 4 days still have not received refund from Amazon.

Device is good but charger stopped working after 2 weeks

Without the condition of the tablet, you give me a good surprise, you give me a keyboard, thank you for that.

I liked the pad but the battery only lasted a month before it stopped holding a charge. Now the OS is constantly throwing a message that the battery needs to be recharged, even though the pad is plugged in.Now I have to buy another pad :(
