Andrex Ultimate Quilts Toilet Paper 9 Rolls, Air Pocket Technology for Soft, Thick Sheets -Pack of 9 Quilted Toilet Rolls, FSC Certified

I have never received Andrex toilet rolls in such a mess as the ones I received recently. They were covered in fluff on each of the 9 rolls right to the end and caused white bits of fluff to spread all over my bathroom as well as on my clothes. Some bits in the meddle weren't too bad but there was such waste. I won't order these again through Amazon because I have never seen such awful mess when bought locally. I give these toilet rolls less than a minus 1 and wished I could have posted them back. I couldn't because they were all unrolled to find any good bits and all went in the dustbin.

I purchased these as 4ply. each ply is so thin I would not even class them as 2ply will not recommend them and amazon should be ashamed to put them on as 4ply disgraceful. I may as well have bought a cheaper brand

Toilet roll package is damaged. We pay money for good products that are not damaged but receiving it damaged like this is out of order. Due to hygiene reasons its unacceptable.

Claims it's 4 ply but the packet says 3 ply. Disappointing. Even as 3 ply, Andrex toilet roll, its not to the standard it used to be.

Amazon need to fix the product description - these are not 4 ply and are more expensive than actual 4 ply tissue.

I bought this specifically because it was advertised as 4-ply. It isn’t. It’s normal 3-ply.

I'm a bit of a diva when it comes to toilet roll. It has to be soft but strong. I know this was always the Andrex tagline and they had a very cute dog, and years ago I wouldn't use anything else. In recent years I have gone more towards triple velvet - partly because of their quality and partly because they plant trees. I'm still on a budget though, so when there is a quality loo roll at a better price it has to be done. I won't buy the normal Andrex any more as the quality seems a bit flimsy now, and some of the other ones are a bit hard. However the quilts seems to have the right balance between strength and softness (and they have a pretty pattern too). The price of this pack is great value as well and I'm always on the look out for a bargain! Plant some tree's Andrex and you might get promoted to 5*'s!

good quality toilet paper, soft and strong. good value. Only complaint, the box it came in was ripped.
