Great thick foam and doesn't squish to nother
This was the second cushion I purchased for my knee scooter. It made a huge difference for my leg since the foam was thick and didn't lose it's form. It was not hard! I highly recommend this cushion!!

KneeRover
I am so thankful that I had this scooter. I was non-weight bearing after foot surgery for 10 weeks and I could not have managed without this scooter. Very durable, loved the purple color. I bought a cover for the pad so that my knee was more comfortable. I never spent more than 30 minutes at a time on it as my knee would ache a bit but that is not a function of the quality of the scooter. Very easy to clean the wheels with wet paper towels if I had to go out. The basket on the front was very handy. Did not make marks on my wood or tile floors. Mobility is the key thing with this scooter.

Good price but it is flawed...
I have a Fusion Knee Rover and the default seat/knee is good and bad. I like the shape being concave so your knee/leg doesn't slide off to one side. But it is kind of firm/hard and can be uncomfortable. So I bought this thinking it is a Faux Cover to soften it up but when I got it found it had a 2 to 3" pillow in it. So it raised my leg up and it the shape is NOT concave. Found my leg slipping off the side because of this.I took a pair of scissors to it, cut it open, removed the pillow/cushion and threw that away. So now I just left with the fuzzy faux cover and have the concave shape back. Much better now.Knee Rover should add the option with some clever sewing or some velcro to remove the pillow rather than having people to force it open with scissors.Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with the cover now but only sans the troublesome cushion.

Didn’t give it up.
I had foot surgery and thought I was going to need what they call a knee roller. Turned out that I was better off with one of those Rollerator four wheeled type units but I needed a little more buffer between my knee and the seat. So glad I had this for that two months as it was a knee saver. It is adequately padded just right and the sheepskin was the softest contact material I could find.

Knee saver
My skin broke out due to it being summer and sweating/rubbing on the material on the knee scooter. Once I received this and covered the knee scooter cushion I had no issues with my knee. A must for comfort as well if you're stuck with a knee scooter.

Re-injury Trap / AVOID!
I'll start by saying that the cover looks very cool and is decently soft. That said, you're probably using the knee rover because you've injured your leg. This cover makes the seat so much slippier. I was recovering from Achilles surgery, and the cover caused me to fall over twice in the span of one day. I've had the knee rover for several days before putting on the cover, and I haven't fallen once. I am lucky that the falls didn't lead to a re-rupture (fingers crossed).I would stick to riding the stock KneeRover seats which are fantastic as is. It is shameful that the company is upselling accessories that are dangerous to the riders who're already injured.I don't write reviews often, but I had to warn the other purchasers about the risk.

Skip it
Cushions but doesn’t breath well for summer and fake fur gets all over the fabric and velcro straps of my orthopedic boot. The neoprene pad is better in my opinion (which I so have).
