The descriptions are very accurate as the wedge blocks are made very well and really work. There is a difference when using these for squats, you are more balanced and they help to create pronounced calf muscles - I love using these! Great that they come in two sizes also!!! Shipping was quick!

Perfect for those who lacks hip and ankle mobility.

I just received the squat blocks and I knew from reading reviews that they would have a rubber smell. Immediately the smell fills the house and it's more than a rubber tire smell. Add a paint or chemical smell to a car tire smell and that's what it smells like. I cleaned them and the bag with Dawn dish soap, Ajax cleaned with bleach and OdorBan cleaner. I then put them out in the strong Florida sun for the afternoon to see if I could bake the rubber smell out. The smell is a little milder now and the blocks will be kept in the garage until I need them. I only deducted 1 star since I knew it would smell like rubber. If the smell does mellow out, I would give them 5 stars. I've been lifting weights for over 40 years and so in my experience I can see these blocks are of the highest quality. They would stand up well in a commercial environment with heavy use. You could even use them as wheel chocks for a trailer lol. I think it's possible the smell will diminish over time as the rubber ages.

I have tried several of these . I returned all of them because they slide. These don't slide at all, even on carpet. Recommend if you're looking for this to do hip thrust with.

I really like the design, adjustability and quality of these squat wedges. One for each foot works well for me, and makes storage easier than for a larger wedge. Also nice to be able to take them apart to lower the angle. Solid with good grip.

If you’re torn on which wedges to choose, go with these. You can workout bare foot, with socks! Wish I had these years ago. 10/10
