Very effective!
I bought these for my nine year old, who seems to attract every bug for miles, and her mosquito bites swell up terribly. She has great results from these patches, which seem to discourage all or almost all bugs, but she did start having a reaction to the adhesive on the patches. This would probably only happen to someone who is sensitive to adhesive generally, or has very sensitive skin, and the rash from the patches is a side effect she prefers to the bug bites. Also, the patches do stay on three days. as advertised. Since they are vitamin B, and not something with a scent to deter bugs, they can be applied anywhere, and one is enough. Very convenient!

It doesn't take long for these little patches to begin to work on insects like NoSeeUms and sand fleas on the beach.
It was amazing how well this product worked at the beach. It solved the never ending problem of NoSeeUms and sand fleas, and I did not feel pestered to death with these little creatures. This was a tropical beach (also tried it on a beach where tourists do not frequent as much off the coast of VA...the product did a great job here too) that had only minimal maintenance given to it, and I had recently discovered you could not sit down without being eaten alive by sand fleas. The NoSeeUms were constant in their flight pattern around my face. I tried this product because in was an extended insect patch and came in so many individual packets making it easy to deal with while traveling. I felt like I had been rescued from daily torment when wearing these patches. This product was very effective for me with these two types of pesky insects on beaches that did have a lot of tourists...in other words, a less commercialized beach, more wild in nature.

These patches are awesome! I wore it for a day at a park with a lake for my kids field day and I was covered! Not one bite. I am allergic to mosquitos, so I was so pleased to not have to worry about it. About to go to hiking for 3 days, so glad my family won't have to worry about mosquitos.

I had to use 2 patches and for me I needed to put them on a lot earlier (~24hrs), but once I did that, they worked very well.

Canadian mosquitoes are tough to fool!
I was really looking forward to not be the main entree for mosquitoes for our Canada day long weekend in northern Ontario. Put the patch on just before we left and drove for 4 hours. Got my first bite within 30 minutes of our arrival. Got a few more bites that evening so I put on another patch. Didn't make too much difference though. Didn't mind the scent emitted from my skin. Smelled faintly of vitamins. The patches did not irritate the skin. Wished it worked better for the price paid. Guess I'll have to go back to good old deet.
