It arrived all folded up, and at first it did not fit very well against the bottom of the door. I decided not to use the tape that allows to adhere to the door, as I thought it might affect the finish on the door, which is 100 years old. I was actually surprised that over the course of a week or two, the "Draft Stopper" flattened out and started to be noticeably better at blocking the cold air better - estimated 80%. It has weights inside it that keep it in place on the floor. Of course, if the stopper it is not attached to the door, it has to be re-positioned against the bottom of the door door every time it is opened and closed - but that was not difficult to accomplish just by pushing it back in place with my foot. It was definitely worth the price.
