SUSUO Lighting Simplicity Barn Pendant Light Rustic Farmhouse Hanging Lighting Fixtures for Dining Room, Kitchen, Indoor Industrial Lamp (Cream)

I wrote a previous review on simply the style of the light working for the home we are building. I asked how I could replace a defective shipment and NEVER heard anything back from the seller. Because of timing of things I had to reorder the new light for the builder. All I want to do is return the defective one for a refund. I need to hear something back within 24 hours please.

I'm disappointed to say the least--especially give the price of this item--$93.00. First an foremost, two screws that hold the cage to the fixture were missing. Second, the cord length was half as long as advertised. Third, the included cord was way too thick to go through the decorative shackle. That said I had to rewire the whole light with a longer, thinner cord (otherwise I would have had to drill out the holes in the shackle to accommodate the original cord). Value for your money: 0, ease of installing: 0, directions included with item: 0, overall: 0. It was a three hour project which should have taken less than one. After all the work I had to put into it, I finally got it looking decent.

Packaging was not sized proper to item. Lids bulged at top where wiring part/top of lamp did not have enough room. As a result one of our lamps was dented at the top. We installed these months after purchasing so I was unable to return. The pretty top vintage looking metal piece, that I was most excited about, was cheap painted metal and did not even match the lamps or photos, in addition the pre drilled holes for wire did not align so we ended up removing them all together because it made it look cheap which this light certainly was not. Overall once we were done making modifications I am happy with our finished piece but firmly feel they were not worth what we paid.

Nice light fixture, goes perfectly with the decor of my kitchen. Easy to install for someone who has basic electrical knowledge. The wattage doesn't allow for a bright, so I wouldn't suggest using for a main light, but it's perfect for a secondary light.

I just love this fixture! It hangs above my dining table and really does a nice job of continuing the industrial/modern farmhouse look. Great price for a very attractive item!

Beautiful light fixture, and excellent customer service! I used this light it my bathroom and it is truly the focal point. I would definitely purchase from this company again, quality product and a pleasure to communicate with when I needed them.

My kitchen is now complete with this gorgeous-simple-bright-beautiful light. So glad I treated myself . I installed it myself too!

Hello,I just received my light fixture that I ordered to Czech Republic. The shipping delivery was as expected as it said. However, the item came damaged the cord and the see -through end that goes inside the fixture got damaged as you can see in those two photos. It’s really unfortunate, because I have been waiting for it a long time. And no light fixture in my kitchen. Not sure if the cables inside will be chewed up too that it might have an impact on the light by itself. I hope SUSUO will help me sort things out.

I did like the light and the look, except it came dented at the top and the light socket was tilted as a result. I had to use it the way it was because it was for an event. The box it was shipped in was flimsy and the screws were loose and banging around on the lamp. Had I hadn’t needed it immediately, I would have sent it back for a replacement. It’s frustrating having your item show up damaged.

La lampe est superbe mais le fil électrique ne passait pas dans l’anneau de métal sur un des 2 côtés nous avons dû agrandir le trou avec une perceuse, les vis qui tiennent la grille métallique étaient trop courtes nous avons dû en mettre des plus longues et le socle de la lampe a été installé croche mais nous ne pouvons rien n’y changer, le fil électrique semblait avoir été coupé.

I would not suggest ordering this product. We got the lights eight weeks after we ordered them. When my husband went to install them one had copper wire and one had steel wire. There was also no tracking provided so we had no idea for two months where they were.

Looks great, but requires an expensive light bulb
