This cleansing oil caused me a serious allergic/irritant reaction on my face. The product claims to be suitable for all skin types, yet I experienced significant reaction after using it. What’s worse is the customer service response. When I reported the reaction, I was told the product is non-returnable, and the agent arrogantly said I should have “checked before ordering.” This is completely unacceptable for a skincare product. A customer should not be blamed for experiencing an unexpected adverse reaction. Very disappointed with both the product and the way the complaint was handled. Amazon should investigate such product-safety complaints instead of simply citing the non-returnable policy.
