Good control.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a hard to find item. These are used to link a trainer with a newly hired employee so the trainer can monitor communications and have some control if needed. Cord is long enough to provide some movement away from trainee. Easy to use switch for quick control.

Only works some of the time
The images are not what is delivered. There is a "new and improved" version that has a black slide toggle mute instead of the red flip toggle. This new one is awkward to use. It worked as described for radio traffic but when we tried it for phones it would not transmit voice on any of the phones we tried it on regardless of the position of the mute button. There is something preventing it from transmitting voice for phones but it works bypassing this extension. Why "fix" something that is not broken with a lesser product?
